She was predeceased by: her parents, James Lester Bailey and Bertha Ruth Hoffman (Sanders); her son David R. Simpson; her grandchildren, Aaron, Amanda, Harrell "Ed" Jr., Ryan and James; and her children-in-law, Patricia Simpson and Harrell "Ed" Dobbins Sr..
She is survived by: her children, Daniel Simpson (Connie), Dale Simpson, Kathleen Dobbins, Kimberly Sparks (Jeff) and Amy Adams; and her grandchildren, Danielle, Rachael, Jody, Mindy, Steven, Patrick, Jennifer, Jeffrey, Bethanie and Bodie. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made in Barbara's name to Hospice of Central Ohio.
