He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Donald and Dorothy Cotrell. He is survived by: his parents, David D. Charles and Deena K. Charles (Cotrell); his brother Brett; his sister-in-law Katrise Charles; and his grandparents, Daniel and Marilyn Charles. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
