He is survived by: his wife Nancy Skaggs (Johnson); his children, Cindy Moll (David) and Ty William Skaggs (Melissa); his grandchildren, Lauren Moll, Dalton Skaggs, Cambria Skaggs, Carter Skaggs and Ashton Skaggs; and his siblings, Linda Freeman, Vinnie Weber, Deana Pimienta (Frank), Luann Skaggs, Mike Skaggs (Robin), James "Dan" Skaggs (Judy), Valarie Trostel (David) and David Skaggs.
In lieu of flowers, the family would like memorial contributions to be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or Shriners Hospitals for Children.
