He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Baldwin and Julia Baldwin; his son Matthew; and his brothers, Rev. Charles Baldwin and Elmer Baldwin of Mechanicsburg, Ohio..
He is survived by: his wife Donna; his siblings, Rev. Jim Baldwin (Linda), John Baldwin of Mechanicsburg, Ohio and Patricia Smith (Earl) of Urbana; and his sisters-in-law, Carrie Baldwin (Culwell) and Tami Baldwin (Bliss).
