He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter F. Howell and Florence Howell (Middleton); his grandsons, Jared and Wesley Howell; and his sisters, Dorothy Moore (John), Mary Evelyn Hageman (Robert) and Charlene Fogt.
He is survived by: his wife Edith May Howell (Yohey); his children, Terry Craig Howell (Jacqueline Rae), Nancy Ann Neer (Terry), Timothy John Howell (Vickie) and Linda May Baker (Charles); his grandchildren, Andrew Howell (Cicily), Angela Cox, Lyndsey Henry, Lesley Ott (Kyle), Geoff Baker (Mary), Emily Dykstra (Brent) and Hilary Cooper (Cruz); his great grandchildren, Conner, Catherine Cox of Isiah, J. J., Kynze Henry, Brayden, Rylan Cooper, Peri Mae, Anderson Howell, Ainsley, Ava Ott, Onica and Cohen Dykstra; and his sisters, Marvelene Mitchell and June Laughlin (Ronnie). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
