He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Clarke and Sarah Ellen Clarke (Thawley); and his wife Reva L. Clarke (Marling). He is survived by: his children, David W. Clarke (Tracy) of Urbana, Richard J. Clarke of West Liberty and Martha L. Balogh (Curt) of Frisco, TX; his granddaughters, Tara L. Martin (Greg), Brittany L. Manning (Ben) and Sara Jo Clarke; his great grandchildren, Payden, Harper and Gregory; and his siblings, Donald Clarke of Grove City and Dorothy Hawks of West Chester.
