He is survived by: his mother Regina Carey; his children, Harlee Shook and Michael Shook; his sister Renee Levering (Paul); and his nephews, Brandon Miller (Brittany), Dustin Miller, Levi Levering (Lesley) and Skylar Levering. He is also survived by 2 great nieces, and 1 great nephew.
