It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Sue Forhan of Urbana, Ohio, born in DeGraff, Ohio, who passed away on April 23, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hartzler and Mary Hartzler (Whitman); her husband John David Forhan; and her sister Barbara Lawrence (Hartzler). She is survived by: her sons, John "Scott" Forhan (Connie) and Michael Alan Forhan (Carol); her granddaughter Jessica Horwath (Brent); her great grandchildren, Aubrey Horwath and Aiden Horwath; and her sister Karen Headlee (Larry). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Guests are respectfully asked to wear masks and attendance will be monitored to ensure safety for everyone attending.
