She is survived by: her husband Phillip Donald "Phil" Upchurch of Urbana, Ohio; her sons, Steve Upchurch (Angel) of Springfield and Greg Upchurch (Kim) of Urbana, Ohio; and her sisters, Sherri Johnson (Kenny) and Kelli VanBuskirk (Phil). She is also survived by her 12 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren.
