She is survived by: her spouse Patrick Elliott; her children, Gretchen Sue Harvey Lapp (Jason) and Gregory Lowell Harvey (Jennifer); her grandsons, Riggs Daniel Lapp, Bayes Lowell Lapp, Mills Banion Lapp and Finnegan Lowell Harvey; her siblings, Jeanette Cline (Yale), Cynthia Randall II (Robert), Vicki Banion and Kevin Banion; her sister-in-law Dee Elliott; and her nieces and nephews, Heather Cassels (Andrew), Brittany Underwood (Levi), Robert Randall III (Jessica), Courtney Elliott, Tiffany Montrose (Tylynn), Bethany Alexander, Cole, Scout, Birk, Cruz Cassels, Zoie, Grady, Hale Underwood, Avery Randall, Brynlee Randall, Cadence Elliott, Niley Alexander, Easton Alexander and Remi.
Tammy had requested that in lieu of flowers, to please make memorial donations to "Gigi's Angels" at any Honda Federal Credit Union location.
