With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Tamara Lynn Smith of Urbana, Ohio, born in Springfield, Ohio, who passed away on December 28, 2021 at the age of 54. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Charles Ferguson; and her grandparents, James Daniels (Roberta) and Dorothy Ferguson. She is survived by: her mother Mary Ferguson (Daniels); her children, Elizabeth Wild, Rachael Smith (Ryan Hilderbrand), Arianne Wild and Jeremy Smith (Katie); her grandchildren, Aiden, Brennen, Colin, Diatra, Ryder, Riley and Teagan; her brothers, Mike, James (Jenny) and Tony Ferguson (Rachel); and her nieces and nephews, Jaki, Tylynn, Angelic, Josette, Brittany, Ashley, Cassie and Christopher.
