Cook (Tina); her grandchildren, Emily Prince (Jimmy), Ray Cook (Ashley), Ethan Cook (Michala), Shelby Rees (Logan), Kady Cook and Wade Cook; her great grandchildren, Finnly W. Prince, Lynk M. Rees, Bexley E. Cook and Abel W. Cook; her sisters, Linda Anderson and Connie Knief (James); her parents, Clemmeth Raymond and Marjorie Calland (Rouse); her husband Melvin Cook; her parent-in-law Donald Cook; her brother Robert W. Calland; and also Mildred Cook. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
