She was predeceased by: her father Joseph A. Evilsizor; her sister Kelly Evilsizor; and her parents-in-law, Robert L. and Lorraine Henry. She is survived by: her daughter Jordan K. Henry; her mother Darlene Jones (Carl); and her siblings, William Hanlin Jr. (Robin), Cathy Bodey (Scott), Connie Cohn (Robert) and Tracey Hanlin. She is also survived by 12 nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to Urbana Free Will Baptist Church at 1658 East US Hwy 36, Urbana, OH 43078.
