She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Powell and Ruth Powell (Kemp); her husband Grover J. Walters Sr.; and her son Michael Walters. She is survived by: her children, Stephanie Garber, Grover Walters II (Angel) and Russell Walters (Debra); and her grandchildren, Mendy, Russell Jr., Andrew Walters, Heidi Barrett, Joshua, Christopher Biddle, Brittenie Blevins, Shawn Latham and Dottie McCarty. She is also survived by 29 great grandchildren as 1 nephew.
