She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Tulley; her brother Eugene Instine; and her parents, William Instine and Alice Instine (McDaniel). She is survived by: her daughter Heather Applegate (Brian); her siblings, Robert Instine, William Instine and Caroline Outram; her sister-in-law Delores Instine; and her grandsons, Liam and Quentin Applegate. She is also survived by her family and the friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Walter and Lewis Funeral and Cremation Center (642 S Main St, Urbana, OH 43078). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
