He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon A. O'Brien and Mary J. O'Brien (Wisecup); his son Roger Owen O'Brien; his brothers, Loy, Vernon Jr., Richard, Donald and Wayne; and his grandchildren, Cheryl Marie Sigman and Jeffrey Todd O'Brien.
He is survived by: his wife Marie O'Brien (Barker); his children, Vicki Sigman (Bruce), Ronald (Denise), Robert and Jeffrey O'Brien (Beth); his daughter-in-law Nancy O'Brien; and his siblings, Jerry O'Brien (Jeanne), Maxine Wells and Linda Stiglitz (Dieter). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
