He is survived by : his parents, Joshua M. Douglas of New Carlisle and Heather Nicole Douglas (Fozo) of Dayton; his grandparents, Thomas, Patricia Fozo of Eaton, Ralph and Donna Evans of Englewood; his siblings, Scott Evan Douglas of Bradford and Jenna Michelle Douglas of Troy; his uncles, Joshua (Brandy Fozo), Derek (Cari Vonderhaar) and Jon Douglas (Daniel) of Yellow Springs; and his aunt Carrie Garland of Tipp City. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
