Salyer and Carlton Salyer (Lisa); her grandchildren, Christy, Victoria Randall (Steve) and Michael Salyer; her great grandchildren, Taylor Simpson (Justin LeValley), Ellie Randall, Lois Randall, June Randall, Levi Simpson, Kenny Simpson (Somer) and Waylon Randall; her great great grandchildren, KJ Simpson, Alayia Simpson, Greyson Simpson and Cara LeValley; her brother Roger Salyer (Naomi); her grandsons, Hunter Lewis and Bradley Mathew; and her caregiver Gail Stump. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
