She is survived by: her sons, Fred Harlow (Melissa), Bobby Hayslip (Lia) and Tim Hayslip (Christina); her grandchildren, Kristen, Tucker, Austien, Brevin, Reid, Daniel, Jeremy, Montanna, Truman, Montgommery, Masonn, Brayden and Renay; her siblings, Donald VanZant (Julie) and Sue Carol Irvin; her siblings-in-law, Terry Hayslip, Sandra Detwiler (John, Sr.), Anita Sue and Thelma Komar (Joe); and her friends, Sandra Radford, Diana Lyons and Clara Ritchie. She is also survived by 25 nieces and nephews, numerous great nieces and nephews as well as numerous cousins, aunts and uncles.
