It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rosalie Ann Bailey of Urbana, Ohio, who passed away on July 17, 2020, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Truman Mathers and Dorothy Mathers (Houser); and her sisters, Pat Bailey (Bob) and Barbara Packer (John). She is survived by: her sons, Jeff Nesselrotte (Elizabeth), Steve Bailey and Scott Bailey; her grandchildren, Brittany, Stephanie, Steve Bailey and Brenden Joseph; her great grandchild Oliva Joseph; her nephews, Rick (Keith Bailey), Bobby and Johnny (Debbie Packer); her niece Linda; and her great-nephew Kyle Bailey.
