He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Earl and Garnett Druscilla Fitzwater (Ashing); his siblings, Walter Leo Fitzwater and Wilta Jane Fitzwater; his stepmother Marybell Brandeberry; and his granddaughter Megan Elizabeth Fitzwater.
He is survived by: his wife Judith Ann Fitzwater; and his children, Charles Fitzwater (Darlene), Valerie Thacker (Rick) and Kathleen Davis (Robert). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions in Roger's honor be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children, or Sycamore House Pregnancy and Family Life Center.
