She is survived by: her children, Ashley Dotson (Michael), Robert Cost (Heather), Mathew Cost (Joanna) and Dylan Frank; her grandchildren, Chandler Cost, Paityn Dowty, Shylow Cost, Parker Dowty, Nevaeh Brown, Rylan Kemp, McKenna Cost, Deeter Cost, Brantley Cost, Lee Artis, John Hoffer Jr., James Leonard Jr. and Avery Cost; her great grandchildren, Colson Harrington and Bentley Leonard; and her nieces and nephews, Stacy Barker, Jeffrey Coffey, Michael Coffey and James Coffey.
