He was predeceased by: his mother Judith Moreno; his stepfather Robert "Bob" Moreno; and his grandparents, Audrey Cummings, Fern Cummings, Alva Riley and Irma Riley.

He is survived by: his wife Angela R. Riley; his son Dillon Riley; his stepchildren, Anthony Jenkins (Cassie) of Pleasant Grove, Joshua Jenkins of Pleasant Grove, Gary Brown Draper (Paige) of Pleasant Grove, Brandon Rutan of Pleasant Grove, Austin Rutan of Pleasant Grove and Cassandra Jenkins; his father Robert Riley; his siblings, Ronald Riley (Michele), Jonas Riley (Faith), Bev Larue and Barb White (Joe); his grandchildren, Adalyn, Christopher, Owen, Avery, Ayden and Norah; his parent-in-law Joe Stapleton (Charlene); and also Urbana. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
