Chamberlain of Urbana, Ohio, born in North Lewisburg, Ohio, who passed away on June 19, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul E. Chamberlain and Donna H. Chamberlain (Loveland); his daughter Carol Spain; and his brother Paul Chamberlain (Wanda). He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Chamberlain; his children, David Chamberlain (Myung), Tony Chamberlain (Jill), Steve Chamberlain (Alice), Cathy Parks, Daniel Chamberlain (Moreen), Larry Chamberlain (Anna Marie) and Troy Chamberlain; and his brother Michael Chamberlain (Peggy). He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
