He is survived by: his children, Michael "Mick" Custer (Tammie) of Elk Mound, WI, Levi James Custer and Roberta "Bobbi" McKee (Jacob); and his grandchildren, Zach, Cody Custer of Elk Mound, WI, Sam, Seth, Corran Church of Apex, NC, Kaelin Lewis and Aubrielle McKee. He is also survived by many other relatives, friends.
