She was predeceased by: her husband Francis Emmett Culley; her great grandchildren, Isabella JoAnn Santos and Alivia Catherine Laird; and her siblings, Richard Ream, Perry Ream and Dorothy Colbert.
She is survived by: her children, Christopher Culley (Candace), Constance Stewart (Robert), Catherine Roseberry (Ronald), Curt Culley, Carey Culley (Lucia), Carol Umstead (Jon) and Colleen Tracy (Todd); her grandchildren, Sean, Lauren, Meagan, Amy, Erin, Nathan, Sara, Zachary, Allison, Korinne, Jensen, Maura, Audrey, Derrik, Angela, Andrew, Amanda, Abigail, Benjamin, Jacob, Jennifer and Samantha; and her close friend Mary Ann Sine. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Oncology Department at Nationwide Childrens or the Isabella Santos Foundation in Rita's honor.
