He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Kemmere and Marie Kemmere (Claphan); and his brother Robert Kemmere. He is survived by: his siblings, Shirley Cole of Kenton, Diane Ruhlen of Indiana and Joyce Casper (Roger) of Dola; his granddaughter Adrianna Miller; and his sister-in-law Bev Kemmere. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the funeral home in care of the family.
