He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Patricia Oberly; his parents, Clell Oberly and Julia Ann Oberly (Fraley); and his brother-in-law Roy Shroyer. He is survived by: his sisters, Jane Shroyer and Kathy Osborne; his brother-in-law Richard Miller (Sara); his children, Scott Oberly (Kathy), Jodi Haerr (Steve), Darci Oberly and Suzanne Oberly; his grandchildren, Eric Oberly, Wesley Oberly, Taryn Brassard (Scott), Eric Williams and Jesse Haerr; and his great grandchildren, Lucas Oberly, Caleb Brassard and Sadie Brassard. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and cousins.
