She is survived by: her daughters, Jennifer Lutz (Larry) and Tammi Mustar; her grandchildren, Zachary Mustar, Nicklaus Lutz (Anna), Caitlin Fennen (Nick), Brandon Lutz (Hannah), Megan Mustar and Autumn Mustar; her great grandchildren, Alexis Mustar, Penelope Morris and Lilly Snyder; and her brother Jim Ballard.
