She is survived by: her husband Paul Gerald Kuivinen; her children, Lori Kuivinen, Cindy Bandy (Don) and Craig Kuivinen (Pam); her grandchildren, Tiffany Ebersold, Ashley Kyle, Seth Kuivinen, Courtney Garrison and Cassie Keller; her brother Robert Rice (Nancy); and her sister-in-law Carol Rice. She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren, 5 nieces and 4 nephews.
