She was predeceased by: her parents, John W. Spear and Marjorie Spear (Blue); her children, Angela Truman and Tony Fraley, Sr.; her siblings, Richard "Dick" Spear, John D. Spear, Phyllis McNeely and Dorothy Chenoweth; and her grandson Timmy Kelly.
She is survived by: her children, Donna Marshall, Don Fraley, Jr. and Randy Fraley (Terra); her grandchildren, Randy Prater, Amanda Arvay, Dustin Truman, Betty Mattox, Tony Fraley, Jr. and Chasity Fraley; her nephews, LeRoy, Steve and Jeff; and her niece Bertha. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
