She was predeceased by: her parents, George V. and Jessie McGlumphy (Phillips); her husband Robert D. Max; and her siblings, Harry, Bill, Jackie, Connie, Rosemary and JudyAnn.
She is survived by: her son Robert L. Max (Cynthia) of Urbana; her grandchildren, Matthew E. Max of Cincinnati and Laura A. Max Lane (Jonathan) of Covington, KY; her great grandchildren, Elizabeth M. Max of Cincinnati and Andrew R. Max of Cincinnati; and her sister Jane Eschbaugh (Allen) of Salesville, OH. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Urbana United Methodist Church, PAWS Animal Shelter or Barely Used Pets.
