He was predeceased by: his brother Jacob "Jake" Phelps. He is survived by: his daughters, Mckenzie and Khloe; his brothers, Jesse and Vincent; his mother Brenda Harrigan-Phelps; his grandmother Judith Miller; and his uncles, Nicholas J. Harrigan (Angela), Mark Salyer (Holly) and William Behrens (Heidi).
