It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nettie Jean Foy (Urbana, Ohio), who passed away on July 28, 2018, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Blue and Daisy Blue (Sutton); and her husband Charles A. Foy. She is survived by: her children, Terri Miller, Randy Wade and Tammi Foy; and her grandson Wade Miller.

Contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association in her memory.
