He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Helen, Norvell "Dee" and Jerry; his aunt Linda; and his uncle Peter.
He is survived by: his parents, Gerald A. Baltes and Marti E. Baltes (Bryant); his daughter Canleigh; his grandmother Peg Baltes; his sisters, Amanda, Felica, Amber and Victoria; his nieces, Martha and Helen; and his nephew Logan. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family in care of Vernon Funeral Home, 235 Miami St., Urbana, Ohio.
