She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Stacy and Linda Stacy (Terry); and her brother Johnny Stacy. She is survived by: her spouse Canan Caudill; her children, Melinda Vincent (Jim), Duane Caudill (Susan) and Steven Caudill (Pam); her grandchildren, Abbie Caudill, Austin Caudill, Alex Vincent, Alyssa Grogan (Tom) and Travis Kies (Cheryl); her great grandchildren, Ellen and Caroline; and her siblings, Terry Stacy of Hazard, Charles Stacy of Hazard, Michael Stacy (Connie) of Hazard and Deborah King (James) of Hazard. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
