He was predeceased by: his parents, Griffith Kelley and Maude Kelley; his wife Norma Jean Kelley; his son Jeff Kelley; his brother William Kelley; and his brother-in-law Harley McCall.
He is survived by: his children, Jill Peters, Jennifer Powell (David) and Jon Kelley (Anne); and his sister Trudy McCall. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and numerous extended family and friends.
