Mildred Jane West Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mildred Jane West of Urbana, Ohio, born in Canton, Illinois, who passed away on September 15, 2020, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Minor Jackson and Helen Fouts (Webb); her husband Hershel R. West; and her siblings, Phyllis Jean Vanmiddlesworth, Dorothy Irene Greene, Rex Wayne Fouts and Andrew J. Fouts.
She is survived by: her daughter Lori Lynn Rhoades; and her stepsister Rosa Collier (Larry). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
