He is survived by: his parents, Shelby G. Honchell and Barbara S. Honchell (Black); his siblings, Laurie Shafer and Greg Honchell; his nieces and nephews, Karl Shafer (Amber), Daniel Shafer (Cory), Wade Honchell, Abby Honchell (David Couch) and Chloe Honchell; and his close friends, Terry, Dorene Shafer, Richard and Diane Lyles. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
