He was predeceased by: his father Edward Liskowiak; and his nephew Brian Yontz. He is survived by: his wife Zara Ellen Liskowiak (Arnold); his sons, Jacob Liskowiak of St. Augustine and David Liskowiak (Lindsay) of Upper Arlington; his mother Helen Claire Liskowiak (Crowley); and his sister Kathy Yontz (Ron) of Springfield. He is also survived by son, husband, father, brother, and uncle.
