He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard White and Donna White (Bush); and his siblings, Bob Louden and Peggy Kussman. He is survived by: his siblings, Terry White (Kimberly), Gary White, Kevin White (Terri), Tom Louden (Rhonda) and Jo Ellen Dobyns; and his siblings-in-law, Maria Louden and John Kussman. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
