She was predeceased by: her sister Emma Clare Purk; her grandparents, Robert D. Kuhn, Nelson L. and June T. Purk; and her uncle Bonner Mayo Smith III.
She is survived by: her father Timothy N. Purk; her caregiver Brenda S. Hanson; her stepmother Betsy K. Purk (Kuhn); her grandmother Audree Kuhn (Campe) of Midland Park, NJ; and her aunts and uncles, Robert D., Maureen Kuhn (Clavin) of Delmar, NY, Victoria (Kuhn), John Whalen of Monroe, CT, Jonathan, Jody Pumroy (Billingham) of Leicester, NC, Elizabeth (Purk), Stone Tweten of Apollo Beach, FL, Claudia (Purk), Frank Elzay of Lander, WY, Ann Purk (Makowski) of Lithia, FL, Christopher, Melissa Purk (Harrah) of Urbana, OH, Melissa Smith (Purk) of Mt. Wolf, PA, Jill (Purk) and Mitch Hurst of Springfield, OH. She is also survived by 25 cousins.
