She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Ropp and Nellie Ropp (Ellai); her husband Billy Joe Ratcliff; her daughters, Cathy Lynn Ratcliff and Crystal Kay Ratcliff; her grandson Terry Joe Ratcliff Jr.; and her siblings, Jerry Ropp and Linda Miller.
She is survived by: her son Terry Joe Ratcliff Sr. (Tammy) of Urbana; her granddaughters, Michelle Nicole Runkle of Urbana and Heather Nichole Behlmer (Casey) of Urbana; her great grandchildren, Dominic Kaminski, Blake Kaminski, Nicholas McLean Jr., Eli Ullery, Elli Ullery, Logan Behlmer and Lilyanna Behlmer; her siblings, Jean Miller, Jim (Phyllis Ropp) and Virgil (Linda Ropp); her siblings-in-law, Beverly Ropp and John Miller; and her close friend Marvel Ferguson. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the funeral home to help with expenses.
