With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Louise A. Skaggs of Urbana, Ohio, born in West Liberty, Ohio, who passed away on December 22, 2020 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred T. Smith and Myrtle Smith (Hoffer); her son Phillip E. Skaggs Jr. (Serra); her grandchildren, Nate Skaggs, Pam Wiley and Cassandra Karg; her great grandchildren, Patrick and Breanna Snelling; her daughters-in-law, Serra Skaggs (Mitchell) and Mary Smith; and her brother-in-law Harvey Applegate.
She is survived by: her husband Phillip E. Skaggs Sr.; her children, Louann Wiley, Charlene Gates and Brenda Kendall (Jeff); and her sister Rose Applegate. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; 8 great great grandchildren.
Guests are respectfully asked to wear masks and attendance will be monitored to ensure safety for everyone attending.
