She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Daniel and Beatrice M. Haynes, Sr. (Williams); her daughter Lisa Ann; her grandchildren, Lisa Marie, Timothy and Joshua; and her brother Donald Eugene.
She is survived by: her husband John W. Conkel Sr. of Urbana, Ohio; her children, Judith Marier Brewer of London, Ohio, Gary Payne of Springfield, Linn Payne (Tina) of Springfield, Jerry W. Gamble (Medie) of Windgap, Larry Gamble (Tammy) of Springfield, George Thomas Rice II of London and John W. Conkel II (Chris) of Plain City, Ohio; her siblings, Kenneth D. Haynes Jr. (Sue) of Jane, Missouri and Shirley Ann Northern of Fayetteville, Arkansas; and her close friends, Linda and Bonnie. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild.
