He was predeceased by: his parents, Ollie Jr and Phyllis Chapman Jr. (Burkhart); his granddaughter Adrianna Rosales; his grandparents, Kenneth and Margert Burkhart; his cousin Michael Cordial; and his brother-in-law Charles Sells.
He is survived by: his wife Cindy Chapman; his children, Sherry Chapman, Shelby Chapman, Jackson Nunamaker, Kenneth Chapman, Ollie Chapman and Michael Chapman; his grandchildren, Jakob Evilsizor, Maya Rosales and Josh Willis; and his siblings, Rick Chapman and Michelle "Shelly" Sells. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
