Kathryn Jeanette Thornburg Obituary

We are sad to announce that on September 7, 2024, at the age of 90, Kathryn Jeanette Thornburg of Urbana, Ohio passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Kathryn Jeanette Thornburg to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul M. Ervin and Nancy K. Ervin (Batton); her husband Charles Edward Thornburg; her daughter Joy Blevins; her brother Rick Ervin (Regina); and her brother-in-law Art Shaffner.

She is survived by: her children, Cindy J. Cozad, Gary C. Thornburg, Jeffrey D. Thornburg and Steve W. Thornburg (Denise); her son-in-law Bruce Blevins; and her sister Margaret H. Shaffner. She is also survived by six grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild as well as numerous nieces, nephews, close friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer memorial contributions be made to the Sycamore House in Jeanette's honor.
