We are sad to announce that on June 19, 2021, at the age of 69, Kathleen Ann Crusey (Urbana, Ohio) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her former husband James Carnes; her husband John Crusey; her parents, Phyllis Kadel and Ralph Kadel of Urbana; her siblings, Tom Kadel of Pennsylvania and Sue Kadel; her children, Jenny McCreight (Chris) of Hiram and Khori Carnes (Christina) of Middletown; her stepchildren, Robin Heintz (Paul) and Dan Crusey (Laura Denney) of Sidney; her grandchildren, Linden, Kynleigh, Khadyn, Isaac, Sasha, Paul and Ian; and her great grandchild Cameron.
