It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathaleen Tabern (Urbana, Ohio), born in Piqua, Ohio, who passed away on July 6, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert H. Routt and Marie Routt (Finley); her husband David O. Tabern Sr.; and her siblings, Esther Olden, Juanita Boyd (Jean), Ruth Richey and Robert T. Routt.
She is survived by: her sons, Dave Tabern Jr. (Dianna) and Thomas Tabern (Vanessa); her grandchildren, Christa Page (Tim), Todd Tabern (Karen), Erin DeCamella (Tony) and Malerie Torres (Ryan); her great grandchildren, Lennox, Camden, Flint Tabern, Anya DeCamella, Araya, Audriel Page and Harriett Torres; and her nephew Donald "Donny" Routt. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
