Phenegar of Urbana, Ohio, born in Springfield, Ohio, who passed away on September 6, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, David Phenegar and Josephine Phenegar (Toddie); his children, Brian Phenegar (Kori), Kevin Phenegar and Karen Duke (Tim); his grandchildren, Adam (Rachel Duke), Dillan Phenegar, Evan Phenegar and Nathan Phenegar (Quinn Phenegar); his great grandchildren, Jae, Aaliyah and Addie Kay Duke; his wife Catherine "Kay" Phenegar; and his sister Mary Feltis. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
